Jodi Jersett
Founder & Creative Director

When Jodi opened thriveOn Creative in 2004, she already had 15 years of major-market design experience, providing creative services in the Dayton/Cincinnati area where she worked for the School and Office Products Division of the Mead Corporation. She also spent time as an independent artist in design studios and ad agencies in the area working on clients that included The Disney Store, AT&T, Scotts Lawn Products, Square D and others.

Ryan Schlimmer
Lead Programmer & Director of IT

From an early age, Ryan displayed a desire to understand both why and how things worked in the world around him. It didn't take long before he exhausted the basic knowledge of that word and became fixated on the complexity of computers (his parents figure somewhere around the age of two). Later he amassed a degree in Computer Science that should have been defaulted to him upon gracing the campus of UMD. Shortly after graduating, he began working at thriveOn Creative where he continues to push the boundaries of computing as our resident freakin' genius.
