Microsoft is working with OEM’s to create the Windows 7 Upgrade Option Program that they hope will encourage consumes to purchase new computers instead of waiting for the release of Windows 7. If you’re looking to purchase a new PC soon, it may be worth the wait until you can qualify for the program.
