Discovery

The process starts with The Discovery phase. Here, we listen and we explore. We learn all we can about you, your product or service, your history, the challenges, and what your goals are for the project. It’s an important first step, in that it not only helps guide our thinking, it might help you reexamine your company goals, target audiences, advantages, budgets and so on.

Information Structuring

In our Information Structuring phase, we take what we’ve learned from you and from our research, and determine the best way to build your visual and online components to produce the results you seek.

Design

We then take that plan to the Design phase, where we craft your message, design your print materials or create your online website or internet application. Our collective 30+ years of design bring a depth of understanding to this phase of your project that will create a client experience that brings results.

Production & Measurement

The final phase of our process is the Production and Measurement phase. It is here that everything comes together. Here, we code, program and test your website or application, develop your brand, bring your print materials to life or develop your content management system. Our team is made up of designers, IT specialists and strategists who have an inherent understanding of the intricacies of these disciplines and how they work together. Measurement can be ongoing and differs by project, but we can provide you with the metrics you need to track your business successfully.
